Upsell Add-ons

Upsell Add-ons are additional services that can be added to a primary service when the guest is booking an appointment. For example, a customer booking a massage can be offered add-ons such as aromatherapy or hot stones. These can be added from the POS and promoted on your Webstore and CMA, making it easy for guests to select them during self-service booking.

Example

A guest browses through the massage services offered on your salon's Webstore. They select the Deep Tissue massage and proceed to make the booking. Before finalizing the payment, they are shown a few suggested add-ons to complement their selected service.

They select the add-on service of their choice and make the payment, increasing the ticket price.

A guest at the front desk wants to book a HydraFacial. The FDO opens the booking panel or wizard and adds the service. The FDO notices a + icon next to the service, indicating available add-ons.

The FDO clicks the + icon to view the list of available add-ons and asks the guest. If the guest is interested in any add-ons. The FDO then selects the desired service and clicks Save.
