Check-in and checkout hours against work tasks as part of employee attendance

If your organization uses work tasks to record and track employee check-in and checkout, then managers (or employees with role permissions) can select the Work Task option while editing a check-in (and not during actual check-in.

  1. At the center level, click the Employee icon.

  2. Go to Employees > Employees > Check In.  

  3. Select the date from the calendar.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Select the Check-in with Work Task checkbox.

  6. Select a Work Task.

    For example: Trainer: New Hires.

  7. Enter the Check-in Time and Check Out Time and Comments, if any.

  8. Click Add.

  9. Click Close.
