Enable this setting to change the service time of the appointment. This allows or prevents your front desk staff from extending or limiting the service in the Appointment Book.
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.
Required permissions: None
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Change service time of appointment.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
To prevent the front-desk staff from changing the servive time, turn of the toggle.
