Show provider pictures in the Appointment book
This article explains how to display provider photos in the Appointment Book. Once enabled, provider profile photos appear in the provider column headers of the Appointment Book, making it easier for front-desk staff to identify providers at a glance.
This setting is available at both the organization and center level. Both levels must be enabled for provider photos to appear.
The Redesigned Appointment Book must be enabled for your organization and center.
Provider photos must be uploaded to each provider's profile before they appear in the Appointment Book. Providers without a photo display a colored initials avatar as a fallback.
At the organization level, navigate to Configuration > Appointments > Interface.
Turn on the Show provider picture in the provider section of the Appointment book toggle.
Click Save.
After enabling the organization-level setting, enable the setting for each center where you want provider photos to appear.
At the center level, navigate to Configuration > Appointments > Display.
Turn on the Show provider picture in the provider section of the Appointment book toggle.
Click Save.

Providers can upload or update their own photo using the MyZen or Zenoti Mobile App (ZMA).
