Auto generate prepaid card number
Enable automatic generation of prepaid card numbers.
At the organizational level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Auto generate prepaid card number under Payments and invoices from the POS section.
Enable this setting.
In the Enter the starting number for prepaid cards field, enter the number from which prepaid card numbers should be generated.
Click Save.
To disable automatic prepaid card number generation, turn off this toggle.
Generate prepaid card on membership unfreeze
Enable automatic generation of a prepaid card when a membership is unfrozen.
At the organizational level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Generate prepaid card on membership unfreeze under Payments and invoices from the POS section.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
To disable automatic prepaid card generation on membership unfreeze, turn off this toggle.
Allow payment with prepaid card of different price and value
Enable guests to make payments using prepaid cards where the price and value differ. Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode. Required permissions: None
At the organizational level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Allow payment with prepaid card of different price and value under Financials from the POS section.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
To disable payments using prepaid cards with different price and value, turn off this toggle.
Allow prepaid cards with different price and value
Enable creating or selling prepaid cards where the price and value differ.
At the organizational level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Allow prepaid cards with different price and value under Payments and invoices from the POS section.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
To disable prepaid cards with different price and value, turn off this toggle.
Note: If disabled, Zenoti enforces the price and value to be equal, unless a discount is applied.
Allow payment with prepaid card of same price and value
Enable guests to make payments using prepaid cards where the price and value are the same. Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode. Required permissions: None
At the organizational level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Allow payment with prepaid card of same price and value under Financials from the POS section.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
To disable payments using prepaid cards with the same price and value, turn off this toggle.
Set expiry for prepaid cards
Enable setting an expiry date for prepaid cards.
At the organizational level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Set expiry for prepaid cards under Financials from the POS section.
Enable this setting.
In the Default validity period in days field, enter the number of days after which prepaid cards should expire.
Click Save.
To disable expiry for prepaid cards, turn off this toggle.
