What does the thank you notification do?
Thanks guests for their visit or for online purchases.
When is the thank you notification sent?
For visits, this is sent after service is done and the invoice is closed. If the invoice is not closed within 60 minutes of adding a payment, Payment Made notification is sent, if configured. For online purchases, this is sent after the online purchase is completed and the invoice is closed.
What communication method can you configure for the thank you notification?
You can configure an email and a text template.
The table below describes the macros available in the thank you notification. Use these macros to customize or personalize the notification. For example, the [CenterName] macro gets replaced with the actual center’s name.

[DayOfAppointment] | Day on which the appointment is scheduled. |
[CenterName] | Name of the center where the appointment is booked. |
[CenterPhone] | The primary phone number of the center. |
[CenterPhone2] | The secondary phone number of the center. |
[CenterAddlData1] | Additional center information provided in the Additional Text field in the guest's base center Settings > Invoice > Receipts. |
[DueAmount] | Amount pending or due for payment on the current invoice. |
[CenterCountry] | Country where the guest's center is located. |
[InvoiceComments] | Notes or information about the invoice that you want to share with your guests. |
[DownloadLink] | Link to download the Customer Mobile Application (if enabled by the organization) via Play Store or App Store. |
[CenterE-mail] | Email address of the center. |
[MailUnsubscribeLink] | Link to unsubscribe from transactional emails. Once unsubscribed, no transaction-related email will be sent (including appointment-related emails). |
[PackRemBenefits] | Remaining benefits in the package for the guest. |
[GuestCode] | Guest's ID. |
[UpcomingAppointment] | Details of the upcoming appointment. |
[BookingUrl] | The link redirects the guest to the booking page (your website or Zenoti Webstore services listing page). |
[TimeZoneCenter] | The time zone of the center where the appointment was booked. |
[FinalInvoicePrice] | The total amount paid by the guest including tax and tips (SSG) paid using cash, card, or any custom payment. |
[WhatsAppNumberLink] | Link to initiate WhatsApp communication using the provided or configured contact number. |
[GuestReferralCode] | A coupon code that can be used by the referred guest to avail the referral reward. Code for the referrer in a campaign. |
[WhatsAppConsent] | Guest consent to communicate over WhatsApp. |
[ServiceAddlData1] | Macro for displaying additional service information. Displays data entered in the Additional Data 1 field while configuring Services. |
