To ensure faster checkouts without the need for storing cards or using an app, Zenoti offers payment links as a streamlined payment method.
Payment links accelerate the checkout process for barbershops, medspas, and spas, allowing your guests to pay at any stage of their appointment via their choice of payment method (credit/debit cards or UPI).
You can set up links to be sent automatically at a specific stage of the appointment. This is helpful when there is no dedicated front desk to take payments.
You can automate the closing of invoices after payments are successful. This reduces the burden on the front-desk staff on busy days.
Collect deposits on services virtually when clients call for an appointment booking.
Sell gift cards/packages, and collect tips along with the service amount.
Prerequisites
To send payment links, you must:
Use payment links effectively
Configure the payment link to go out once the guest checks in for the service (online or in-store), and again after the stylist starts the service.
Guests can pay for their service at any stage of the appointment.
For in-store appointments, guests can pay on their phone once service is done and walk up to the front desk.
The stylist confirms the payment and the guest can leave the salon.

Things to remember
Only businesses using Zenoti Payments (Adyen + Stripe only) can enable payment links.
Payment link is not supported for recurring membership payment, or package installments.
Zenoti doesn't support payment links for packages, recurring memberships, campaigns, or gift card redemptions.
Front-desk employees must apply all benefits to the invoice before sending the link to the guest.
