Configure membership anniversary notification

You can choose when to send notifications to guests regarding their membership anniversary, either before or after the anniversary date.

Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode

Required permissions: None

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Search for and select the Notify guests about membership anniversary setting in the Memberships section.

  3. Enable this setting.

  4. To specify whether the reminder should be sent before or after the membership anniversary, from the Send before or after membership anniversary? list, select Before or After.

  5. To specify when to send a reminder, in the When to send the email/text (in days)? column, enter the number of days.

  6. To specify what time of the day to send a reminder, from the What time do you want to send the reminder? list, select the time.

  7. Click Save.
