Tour HyperConnect

This article explains how to use HyperConnect to simplify your daily operations by combining guest communication, appointment management, and automation in a single, integrated platform.

Overview

HyperConnect is designed to centralize and simplify your day-to-day interactions with guests. It replaces the need for multiple tools by offering a single platform to manage calls, messages, appointments, and guest data. By using HyperConnect, teams can respond faster, automate routine actions, and create a more efficient and personalized experience for every guest.

Key terms

  • SmartBot: An AI-powered assistant that handles routine messages and identifies key guest actions.

  • Pinned Conversations: Conversations marked for quick access based on priority or relevance.

Accessing HyperConnect

App header

The top navigation bar allows you to:

  • Manage system notifications

  • Set up automatic replies for after-hours and holidays.

  • Choose the center for which you want to use HyperConnect.

  • Customize your user profile and preferences.

App sidebar

Use the left sidebar to filter guest chats by conversations, appointments, and more. You can also view Pinned and Recent chats in chronological order based on the last time you communicated with them.

Use the right sidebar to:

  • View guest birthdays and anniversaries.

  • Daily appointments, segmented by status (active, completed)

Guest flow

The left section of the interface shows all active guest interactions. When you select a guest, the complete history, including messages, call logs, and guest details is instantly available. From here, you can:

  • View upcoming and past appointments

  • Edit the guest's profile

  • Book a new appointment

  • Make voice calls

  • Add notes for internal reference

  • Reply to messages

  • Review communication and marketing preferences

  • Manage guest feedback

View and manage guest information

Upon selecting the guest name you can perform actions such as

  • Pin the conversation for quick access.

  • Mark messages as unread.

  • Block a guest if needed.

You can also apply filters to view specific events or interactions.

Use the Appointments tab to get a complete list of the day’s bookings.

To check out flagged calls or actions completed by the bot, click the SmartBot tab, and so on.
