Tour HyperConnect

No more juggling multiple applications. HyperConnect combines all your communications and customer management into one easy-to-use platform. With HyperConnect, you can handle calls, manage feedback, and automate daily tasks effortlessly.

App header

You can easily manage notifications, automatically respond to after-hours and holiday messages, which center you would like to access Hyperconnect for, and personalize your user account.

App sidebar

From the left sidebar, you can filter your guest chat by conversations, appointments, and more. Pinned and Recent sections appear in the app sidebar, providing contacts in chronological order based on the last time you communicated with them. From the right sidebar, you can check the appointments for the day such as active, and completed, and also the birthdays/anniversaries of guests.

Guest flow

On the left side of the screen, you will see a list of customers interacting with you. Click on a contact to immediately view the full conversation thread, including messages, call history, and guest details. Once you open a guest conversation, you can:

  • Check upcoming and past appointments

  • Edit guest profiles

  • Book appointments

  • Make calls

  • Add guest notes

  • Reply to messages

  • Review communication and marketing preferences

  • View and respond to feedback

Upon selecting the guest name you can perform actions such as pin messages, mark messages as unread, or block the guest. You can also use filters to quickly refine your view of specific types of events. To see all appointments for the day, click the Appointments tab. To check out flagged calls or actions completed by the bot, click the SmartBot tab, and so on.
