Request feedback from the guest

With the Consumer Mobile App (CMA), you can send notifications to your guest that request their feedback on the services taken.

In this article, you will learn how to configure such notifications.

CMA Notifications: Request Feedback from the Guest
  1. At the organization level, click on the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Email/Text setting from the Notifications section.

  3. Scroll down to locate Zenoti Go.

  4. Click Edit beside Guest - Request Feedback.

    Note

    This notification can only be sent through the mobile app. Text and Email notifications are not applicable.

  5. Configure the following options:

    1. Select the Turn This Automated Push Message ON checkbox.

    2. Use the Available Macros to compose the push message.

    3. Click Save.

      When your guests tap on the notification, they are taken to the feedback screen of the Consumer Mobile App. This screen allows your guests to rate the overall experience and leave comments about the services.
