Challenges
Overview
Zenoti's Challenges feature enables businesses to create time-bound goals that encourage student participation, drive class registrations, and boost engagement. Unlike milestones, which track lifetime achievements, challenges focus on short-term performance and incentivized actions. Students can join or opt for assigned challenges in the Webstore or CMA and track their progress. Challenges can be tailored based on different metrics, such as class attendance, types of classes, instructor variety, or weekly streaks.
Members can join Challenges through the Webstore or Customer Mobile App (CMA) and track their progress in real time. Common metrics for Challenges include
Class attendance count
Classes for various Instructors
Attendance for various types of classes
Maintaining a weekly or monthly attendance streak
New metrics are introduced periodically for Challenges to cover evolving scenarios of fitness requirements.
Benefits of Challenges:
Motivate members through clear goals and rewards
Boost attendance and reduce no-shows
Promote new classes, formats, or instructors
Provide measurable, reportable outcomes
Optimize scheduling and instructor management
