Declared Cash Tips Report
This article explains how to use the enhanced Cash Tips Report, which enables business owners to generate reports for any custom date range, resolving operational challenges caused by fixed reporting periods.
Overview
Business owners often face difficulties when their payroll periods don’t align with standard reporting ranges. For example, commissions may be calculated weekly while employee payments are made biweekly. This misalignment causes complications when tracking declared cash tips.
Access the report
At the organization or center levels, navigate to Reports > Cash Tips Report.
Use the custom date picker to select any range.
Filter by Employees, Centers, or both.
Group by Employee name, Employee code, and Center name to view subtotals.
Export the report in Excel, CSV, or Excel with Subtotals formats.

Date | Tip declaration date. | The specific date on which the tip was declared. |
Declared Tips | Amount of tips reported. | The amount of cash tips manually declared by the employee for a specific date |
Considerations
The report only supports dates within the last 2 years.
Access is limited to centers assigned to the logged-in user.
