Macros in the Appointment no-show notification

    Informs guests that a confirmed appointment was a no-show.

    Sent when appointment status is changed to No Show.

The table below describes the macros available in the appointment no-show notification. Use these macros to customize or personalize the notification. For example, the [CenterName] macro gets replaced with the actual center’s name.

End time of the appointment.

[StartTime]

Start time of the appointment.

[CenterAddress]

The complete address of the center (corresponds to the Address 1 and Address 2 fields in the center settings).

[CenterName]

The name of the center given during the creation of the center. Taken from the Center name field at the center level General settings page.

[CenterState]

The state in which the center is located. Taken from the State field on the General settings page at the center level.

[CenterCity]

The city in which the center is located. Taken from the City field on the General settings page at the center level.

[CenterZip]

Zipcode of the center where the appointment was booked.

[TreatmentList]

 List of services scheduled for the appointment.

[ServiceTherapistList]

 List of therapists scheduled to perform the services in the appointment; also shows the service name.

[ServiceTherapistTimeList]

Scheduled time for the service and the service name; includes the therapist’s name.

[Name]

Guest's first and last name.

[CenterPhone]

The primary phone number of the center where the appointment was booked (corresponds to the Phone 1 field in the center settings).

[CenterPhone2]

The secondary phone number of the center where the appointment was booked (corresponds to the Phone 2 field in the center settings).

[CenterAddlData1]

Additional center information provided in the Additional Text field in the guest's base center Settings > Invoice > Receipts.

[LastName]

Guest's last  name.

[DownloadLink]

Link to download the Customer Mobile Application (if enabled by the organization) via Play Store or App Store.

[Duration]

Duration of the appointment.

[CenterCountry]

The country in which the center is located. Taken from the Country field on the General settings page at the center level.

[Visits]

Number of past visits of the guest.

[AppDate]

Date of the appopintment.

[DayOfAppointment]

Day on which the appointment is scheduled.

[OrgName]

Name of the business where the appointment was booked.

[FirstName]

Guest's first name.

[InvoiceComments]

Any notes or information about the invoice that you want to share with your guests.

[CenterE-mail]

Email address of the guest's base center.

[MailUnsubscribeLink]

Link to unsubscribe from transactional emails. Once unsubscribed, no transaction-related email will be sent (including appointment-related emails).

[TimeZoneCenter]

Time zone of the center where the appointment was booked.

[GuestReferralCode]

Guest code of referrer.
