Print and email receipt - Center level
Use these settings to customize receipt content, including tax details, membership credit balances, item names in the local language, and other information.
Show negative values in refund receipt
Show negative values in refund receipt
Enable this setting to show negative values for items returned in a refund receipt. If disabled, refunded values will display as positive.
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode
Required permissions: None
At the center level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select the Show negative values in refund receipt setting under Print and email receipt from the POS section.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
To hide negative values in a refund receipt, turn off this toggle.

Enable this setting to show each tax component as a separate line item on the receipt for individual and group invoices.

Search for and select the Show tax components setting under Print and email receipt from the POS section.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
To hide tax components on the receipt, turn off this toggle.

Use this setting to configure an email address to receive all closed invoices.

At the center level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select the Send receipt setting under Print and email receipt from the POS section.
In the Send receipt text box, enter an email address to receive all closed invoices.
Click Save.

Enabling this setting ensures that the receipt will detail the tax amounts for each payment or transaction line.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select Show tax break-up for each payment on receipt from the POS section.
To display the tax break-up for each payment on receipts, enable the setting.
To hide tax break up for each payment on receipt disable this setting.
Click Save.
Impacts and considerations
This setting is applicable only if the Printer size setting is Regular - A4 and the Printer format is set to VAT receipt - GCC.
