Make forms mandatory for change in membership payment method
This article explains how to enable the setting that makes submission of a form mandatory when changing the payment methods for a membership. When enabled, users cannot skip the form during the change of payment method.
Prerequisites
Role: Any role with access to the Administrator mode
Permissions: No special permissions required
To make filing of a form mandatory for changing the membership payment methods, follow these instructions:
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
In the Memberships section, search for the setting named Mandate form submission for change in membership payment method.
Turn on the toggle.
Click Save.
