Configure display settings for queue
Display unique identification number for guests
You can assign a unique identification number starting from 1 at the beginning of each day, denoting the order in which guest services are added to the queue.
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Show unique identification number for guests on queue card setting from the Appointments section.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
Display guest wait time deviation
You can display how long each guest has been waiting for their service, and how their wait time has changed since they were first scheduled.
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Show guest wait time deviation setting from the Appointments section.
Enable this setting.
Enter a label for guest wait time deviation.
Click Save.
Display marketing banner
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Show marketing banner setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
Hide past time slots on booking wizard
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Do not show past time slots on booking wizard setting from the Appointments section.
To prevent past time slots from displaying on the booking wizard if the guest has services in the future, enable the Do not show past time slots on booking wizard setting.
Click Save.
Display start time in booking wizard
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Show start time in booking wizard setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
Add a prefix to start time
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Add a prefix to Start time to identify walk-ins guests setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
In the For walk-ins, prefix Start time with label field, enter the prefix start time label.
Click Save.
Impacts and considerations
When an employee is using the Queue Admin’s booking wizard to add a guest to queue, the label added in the For walk-ins, prefix Start time with label field will be shown by default in the Start Time field.
Display end time in booking wizard
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Show end time in booking wizard setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
Create label for no-show
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Enter label for no-show button setting from the Appointments section.
Enter the label for the No-show button.
Click Save.
Display room association on admin queue
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Show room association on Admin Queue setting from the Appointments section.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
Display available therapist in admin queue
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Show available therapists in Admin Queue setting from the Appointments section.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
