Book an appointment from Kiosk

Your guest can walk in and use the Kiosk to book an appointment at your center.

  1. Log in to the Kiosk using the guest's phone number or email id.

    The Kiosk shows all the guest profiles related to the phone number.

    Note

    For a new guest, tap Add New Person and fill in the required details to create a new profile.

  2. Select the appropriate profile.

    Note

    Guests using the Kiosk can enter the referral code during sign-up. This referral code benefit is applied to the invoice during guest checkout. However, this feature is available only in Zenoti private beta version.

  3. Click Proceed.

    The guest has logged in successfully.

  4. On the Services page, select a service.

    The list of providers who can perform the service appears.

  5. Select a provider.

    If the guest selects multiple services, the same provider will be assigned to all of them. This happens only if the Book multiple services with the same therapist on Kiosk setting is enabled.

  6. Click Confirm.

    The Ready to Book screen appears. It allows you to add an additional family member to the appointment before completing the booking.

  7. Tap Done.

    An appointment confirmation screen appears with the approximate wait time.
