Navigate to Configurations > Integrations > Accounting.
In the Provider section, click the export icon.
Under Configurations, enter the Organization Name and choose the export format as CSV.
Enter the salon ID under Mapped Location.
Provide the mapping for each item.
Provide mapping for each payment method.
Provide the mapping for journal entry.
Select the fields with the order in which they must be exported. You must also enter the field headers as required in the export.
Organization name: Name of the organization.
Location: Location of the center.
Date: Date of sale.
Journal name: Title or name of the journal where the entry is recorded.
Journal custom Field: Additional customizable field in the journal.
Account name: Name of the account related to the transaction.
Direction: Indicates the direction of the transaction (For example, credit or debit).
Amount: Value or sum involved in the transaction.
You can customize data sorting during export by setting the sort order for each field individually, choosing either ascending or descending order.
For Petty Cash and Cash Deposits, the mappings must be provided under Miscellaneous Journal Entry Mapping tab.
Select the Journal Type.
Select the desired time period and click Export.
Access the generated export link by navigating to Reports > Integration > Integration Data Export Report.
