Average Visit
Average Visit in ezPulse represents the average amount spent per guest visit, including both service and retail sales. It helps you understand the typical revenue generated from each guest invoice and is a key indicator of how much guests are spending during their visits.
The metric is calculated by dividing your Net Sales by Total Visits. It reflects both service and product sales together, making it a balanced measure of overall guest value. A higher Average Visit generally indicates effective upselling, cross-selling, and guest engagement.
Average Visit= Net Sales / Total Visits
Example: If your center’s total Net Sales for the day is $480 and there were 6 Total Visits, then:
Average Visit = $480 ÷ 6 = $80
This means, on average, each guest spent $80 during their visit, including both services and product purchases.
