What does the loyalty form notification do?
Sends a link to the Loyalty Form to guests. Given the Loyalty form is configured in custom forms and is enabled at the org settings: points tab, this notification can be manually triggered from guest profile: points tab, bottom panel, invoice screen.
When is the loyalty form notification sent?
Front-desk staff can manually trigger this notification from the Points tab of the guest profile, the booking panel, and the invoice screen.
