Rebooked Appointments report (v1)

Important

This is a legacy report. Businesses that have signed up with Zenoti after April 2022 do not have access to this report.

When a guest with an appointment on the current date, makes a new booking for a later date, the future appointment is the rebooked appointment.

Center managers can use this report to view the services that were rebooked and the guests who rebooked the services during a date range.

Important

This report considers only the completed rebooked appointments.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Rebooked Appointments report.

  3. Select the desired filters.

  4. Click Refresh.
