E-Invoicing in Saudi Arabia- Phase 2
Starting January 1st, 2023, in phased waves, taxpayers subject to VAT in Saudi Arabia must adopt compliant e-invoicing solutions capable of generating XML or PDF/A3 with embedded XML formats. Integration with ZATCA's Fatoora portal is mandatory, ensuring secure internet connectivity for transmitting e-invoice data. These measures are essential to meet ZATCA's standards for electronic invoicing.
