This is a legacy report. Businesses that have signed up with Zenoti after April 2022 do not have access to this report.
Center managers and marketing managers can use this report to view the collections made from referrals during a date range
Important
If a guest visits a center multiple times on the same day, only one visit is considered for the guest.
Column | Description |

Referral Source | Channel from where the new guest learned about your business |
New Guest Count | Number of new guests who visited the center from the referral source and made payment |
New Guest Collection | Amount collected from the new guests who visited the center and used the referral source |
Existing Guest Count | Number of existing guests who visited the center and used the referral source and made payment |
Existing Guest Collection | Amount collected from the existing guests who visited the center and used the referral source |
Total Guest Count | Number of guests who used the referral source and made payment |
Total Guest Collection | Total amount collected from guests who used the referral source |
