AVS Details for Saved Cards report (v2)

Front-desk staff and center managers can use this report to view the guests who either do not have the physical address added or it is invalid. They can notify these guests to add the address on Webstore and also check the status of the last sent email.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the AVS Details for Saved cards report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

Description

Center Name

Center to which the guest belongs

Guest Name

Full name of the guest

Guest Email

Email address of the guest

Card Brand

Brand of the guest’s card saved on Zenoti

Card Ending

Last four digits of the guest’s saved card

Last Transaction Date

Date on which the last transaction was done on the card

Last Transaction Status

Status of the guest’s last transaction done in the center

Address Availability

Guest's address is available or not
