Manage opportunities

You can view and track a list of sales opportunities for memberships, packages, products, and services. You can also update the call dispositions and the follow-up dates for opportunities based on conversations with guests.

View a list of opportunities

  1. On the guest profile, click the Opportunities tab.

  2. To view the name of the opportunity, see the Name column.

  3. To view the type of opportunity, such as whether the opportunity is a membership or a package opportunity, view the Type column.

  4. To view the source of the opportunity, such as whether the opportunity came from online ads on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, print ads, or word of mouth, view the Source column.

View opportunity details

  1. On the guest profile, click the Opportunities tab.

  2. Click the name of the opportunity to view further details.

Update the sales owner

  1. On the guest profile, click the Opportunities tab.

  2. From Sales Owner drop-down list, select the name of the new owner.

Specify the call disposition

  1. On the guest profile, click the Opportunities tab.

  2. From Calls Disposition, select the call disposition such as Call back later, Interested, Not Interested, Call Disconnected, from the drop-down list.

Change the follow-up date

  1. On the guest profile, click the Opportunities tab.

  2. From Follow Up Date, click the date and select the new follow-up date from the calendar.

Update the sales stage of the opportunity

  1. On the guest profile, click the Opportunitiestab.

  2. From Sales Stage, select the latest sales stage from the drop-down list.

Sales stages could include stages such as Lead, Prospect, Active, On Hold, Won, and Lost.

Add or view notes for the opportunity

  1. On the guest profile, click the Opportunitiestab.

  2. From Notes, click Add Notes or View Notes.

  3. Click Save.

You can see the notes and view details such as who created them and when.

Change the priority of the opportunity

  1. On the guest profile, click the Opportunitiestab.

  2. From Priority, update the priority from the drop-down list.

You can update the priority of an opportunity such as from Medium to High.
