Appointment Book
Standardized the modern blue theme across the interface, on Queue, Appointment Book and Zenoti Admin.
Increase revenue by customizing prices for guests depending on their previous visits and other factors. You can set specific service price for individual guests when booking an appointment using the booking panel.
The Appointments report (v2) also reflects these changes.
Consumer Mobile Application
It is now easier to resend gift cards. The recipient email can be edited while resending gift cards from the guest’s profile.
Guests can access more information about their loyalty points from the CMA. Some of the updates include current and next tier tracking, details of expiring points, total points accrued, and corresponding rewards.
Digital forms
Your service providers can now access PDF files attached to a form from Zenoti Mobile Photo Gallery. No more jumping from one device to the next to review a guest’s treatment history.
Fitness
Businesses that have enabled the Fitness module can
Customize the labels for quick links such as Book a Class, Book a Workshop, Guest Pass, and My Sessions.
Turn on/off the My Sessions feature on user profile.
Fitness business owners and payroll managers can now view the calculation of class commission within the Payroll v2 report. This way, they can have all commission types in one report, making it easier to manage and track commissions.
Gift cards
Increase gift card sales by creating discounts for gift cards.
Inventory
The purchase ordering process is now simpler and faster. View information such as current stock, open orders, past sales, and past orders to determine quantities for future orders. You can filter product lists and select multiple products at once.
Current Stock and Cost of Goods reports now have more information and filtering options. The following columns and filters have been added.

Marketing
You can now create discounts that will be automatically applied to products on Point of Sale. Your front-desk staff does not need to select a campaign and can check out guests faster.
The upgraded marketing dashboard gives you insights into email and text campaigns with key metrics around campaigns, messages, and bookings.
Access details of recipients who received, opened, and clicked links in a campaign directly from the campaigns list view.
You can now create a target segment while creating a campaign without navigating to a different page.
Your front-desk staff can easily access a guest's campaign history from the guest profile instead of sifting through campaign recipient lists.
You can now easily filter campaigns by scheduled dates on the campaigns list page.
Memberships
You can now configure product discounts in membership to be applicable at the quantity level. This is in addition to the existing line item level discounts.
Example: Discount on product A is $5. When the new configuration is enabled, on adding product A twice, the discount of $5 is also applicable twice.
Businesses that have enabled the Fitness module can block the cancellation of frozen memberships that have cancellation rules enabled.
With the Override Cancellation Rules role permission, control who can override cancellation rules and perform actions like canceling the prorated fee and setting the termination date.
Payments
Pay accumulated tips through Zenoti Wallet when tips payouts began before Zenoti Wallet was created. You can choose to accumulate the tips and credit them when Zenoti Wallet is active.
On the MyZen app, you can now delete a registered payee on the Payee Details page.
New filters on the Payouts report allow employees to track their earnings and payouts on the same report. More information
Apple Pay is available to everyone on Zenoti Payments from 12th May on Webstore and CMA. If you are a new customer and want to enable it for your business, please reach out to Zenoti Support.
Payments using Apple Pay will be charged the same as card-not-present transactions.
Webstore
Guests can now see the expiry date of their loyalty points on their profile on Webstore.
Webstore and CMA, now display the available portion of a partly booked appointment slot as available for booking, improving therapist availability.
Help your guests make payments with their preferred payment method by sending them payment links via email and SMS. You can send the link from POS, Appointment Book, and ZMA.
Zenoti Mobile
View a guest's gift and prepaid card details directly from the Appointments and Queue views on Zenoti Mobile v2.
The guest profile on Zenoti Mobile v2 is revamped to reflect a modern and sleek look. You can now smoothly navigate between tabs, view upcoming appointments, access gift card details and do more with packages and memberships.
You can view center sales and tips reports directly from the Appointments and Queue views on ZMA v2.
Businesses can manage cash flows from the Appointments and Queue views on Zenoti Mobile v2.
