Configure lead capture sources and AI lead scoring
Use Lead configuration to control which sources send leads into Lead management and to enable AI-powered lead scoring at the center or organization level.
Enable AI lead scoring (organization level)
This is the master control for AI lead scoring. Center-level scoring does not function unless this is turned on first.
At the organization level, navigate to Lead management > AI lead manager.
Click the navigation panel.
Navigate to Lead settings > Lead configuration.
Turn on the AI lead scoring agent toggle.
Click Save.
Enable lead capture from HyperConnect (center level)
This tab appears only if a HyperConnect is active for the center.
At the center level, navigate to Lead Management.
Click the navigation panel.
Navigate to Lead settings > Lead configuration.
Turn on the HyperConnect toggle from the Manage sources tab.
Click Save.
Enable AI lead scoring (center level)
AI lead scoring must be enabled at the organization level before you can activate it at the center level. If it is not enabled at the org level, contact your organization admin.
At the center level, navigate to Lead Management.
Click the navigation panel.
Navigate to Lead settings > Lead configuration.
Turn on the AI lead scoring agent toggle.
Click Save.
