Businesses can capture the name of the front-desk staff while booking appointments and split commissions between them and the service provider. The Sale-by field will now be available on the Appointment info panel and POS (under the Services tab).

The injection marker on the annotation pad now supports decimal values up to two places allowing you to input precise injection quantities for both individual and total units.

The new Abandoned Checkouts dashboard summarizes recovery and revenue metrics of abandoned carts for a chosen time frame. You can use the available reports to gain further insights.

The dashboard is available at Marketing > Abandoned Checkouts.

Users with the new role permission, Share view can see the Manage view option on all v2 reports.

In addition to columns with footers, businesses can now create new KPIs by using columns without footers.

This feature is not supported on the Accounting Summary, Salon Summary, and Guest Retention reports.
