Guest visits report for the day

You will see this report if your studio administrator has enabled the Enable and track guest visits setting.

Studio managers and front-desk staff can use this report to view guest check-ins for the day.

  1. Click the Reports icon.

  2. In the search box, enter Guest visits and select the report.

    Alternatively, click the report category and click the report from the list.

  3. Select the desired filters.

    You can view the report only for those centers to which you have access.

  4. Click Refresh

Search for a guest across centers

To search the guest across studios, enter a guest name, guest code, mobile number, or email address and select the Search across centers checkbox.

  • If the guest is not checked in, you will see the Check-In button.

  • If the guest is already checked in, you will see the Locate link. Click Locate to find the guest in the report.

Notes & POS

To view the guest's notes, click the notes.PNG notes icon.

To sell an item, click the pos.PNG POS icon.
