Release Notes - Aug 18, 2026

This document describes the new features and enhancements delivered in this release. Updates are organized by module for ease of access and to cover the changes relevant to a specific role or workflow.

Each update appears as a separate entry. An entry may include the affected roles, a description of the change, a business scenario, the steps to configure or use the feature, and links to detailed documentation. The elements included depend on the nature and scope of each update.

AI Business Advisor

AI Business Advisor onboarding page in the Admin area

Audience/Roles: Administrator

Overview: A dedicated onboarding page is now available in the Admin area, giving administrators a full-screen introduction to AI Business Advisor setup scoped to their organization's configured add-on. The page can be revisited at any time and displays a clear error message with recovery guidance if it fails to load.

How to Use:

  1. In the Admin area, navigate to AI Business Advisor.

  2. Review the setup content displayed for your organization's add-on.

  3. If the add-on or content appears incorrect, contact your Zenoti account representative to confirm the correct add-on is associated with your organization.

Notes: Admin area access is required to view this page. If it does not appear, verify your access level and confirm that AI Business Advisor has been enabled for your organization.

AI Photo Manager

Photo Manager Usage Dashboard for monitoring capture quality and center adoption

Audience/Roles: Business Owner, Center Manager, Administrator

Overview: The Photo Manager Usage Dashboard provides a single view to track photo capture quality, center adoption, and AI simulation activity across the organization. Key metrics include monthly capture volume, guided capture rate, in-app capture percentage, and file-tagging rate. A center breakdown table helps identify locations that need configuration changes or staff training.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to AI Photo Manager > Usage Dashboard.

  2. Set the View by (Month or Quarter), Year, and Location filters.

  3. Review the capture volume chart and guided capture rate and tagged % metrics.

  4. Scroll to the Center breakdown table and sort by Guided % or Tagged % to identify underperforming centers.

Notes: The Gallery View permission (Configuration > Security roles > Photo Management > Gallery View) is required. The Treatment Visualizer section appears only when the Enable AI Workforce Visualizer organization setting is active - contact your Zenoti representative to enable it.

Treatment phase filtering in guest and Global Gallery

Audience/Roles: Service Provider, Front Desk Operator, Administrator

Overview: Photo sequences can now be tagged as Pre-treatment or Post-treatment, and both the guest gallery and the Global Gallery support filtering by these tags. Providers can isolate baseline or outcome photos in a single click rather than scrolling through all images.

Business Scenario: A provider opens the Global Gallery, selects Post-treatment, and filters by service category to compare outcomes across guests - without baseline images mixed in.

How to Use:

  1. In the guest gallery: open the guest profile > Gallery tab, then select Pre-treatment, Post-treatment, or both in the filter panel.

  2. In the Global Gallery: navigate to Medical hub > Global gallery, then select phase options in the filter panel and combine with service category, provider, or center filters as needed.

  3. Deselect phase options to return to the unfiltered view in either gallery.

Notes: Treatment phase is set during service-to-sequence association, not during individual photo capture. Photos captured under a sequence with no phase tag default to Pre-treatment.

Analytics - Dashboards & Reports

Employee Targets screen with real-time search in Data & Insights

Audience/Roles: Business Owner, Center Manager, Administrator

Overview: A dedicated Employee Targets screen in Data & Insights lets managers set and manage performance targets for individual employees and job roles. A unified search field filters results in real time by employee name or job role name, so a manager can target an entire group sharing the same role in one session.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to Data & Insights > Employee targets.

  2. In the Search employee or job field, type part or all of an employee name or job role name.

  3. Select from the filtered results, configure the performance target, and save.

Notes: The Targets feature must be enabled before Employee Targets appears in navigation. Users without sufficient Data & Insights permissions see an access-denied message.

Configurations

Debt Recovery accordion in Organization Settings integrations panel

Audience/Roles: Administrator

Overview: A new Debt Recovery accordion in the Integrations section of Organization Settings lets administrators access and configure debt recovery settings inline - without navigating to a separate page. Changes saved within the panel take effect immediately across all centers.

How to Use:

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Configuration > Integrations.

  2. Locate and expand the Debt Recovery accordion.

  3. Update settings using the embedded interface, then follow the save prompts to apply.

Notes: The Debt Recovery accordion is visible only when the integration has been provisioned for your organization. Contact your Zenoti representative if the accordion is absent or the embedded interface does not load.

Allow per-segment overrides at booking

Audience/Roles: Administrator, Front Desk Operator

Overview: A new toggle lets front desk staff modify individual segments of a multi-segment service at booking time - reassigning the provider for a specific segment, or setting a segment's duration to zero to skip it for that booking only, without changing the underlying service definition.

Business Scenario: A guest completed the preparation step at home; the front desk operator sets that segment to 0 minutes and reassigns a finishing segment to a specialist - all within a single booking.

How to Use:

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Configuration > Appointments > Booking rules and configurations.

  2. Search for and enable the Allow per-segment overrides at booking toggle.

  3. Select Save. Front desk staff will then see segment-level controls for multi-segment services at booking time.

Notes: The toggle is off by default and applies only to multi-segment services. At least one segment must retain a non-zero duration - a booking with all segments set to zero will fail.

Always prompt returning guests for missing marketing channel opt-in at check-in

Audience/Roles: Center Manager, Administrator, Front Desk Operator

Overview: A new center-level toggle automatically prompts returning guests at check-in to opt in to any marketing channel - SMS or email - they have not yet consented to. New guests and guests with full consent are not interrupted.

How to Use:

  1. At the center level, navigate to Configuration > Guests.

  2. Search for and enable 'Always prompt for any missing marketing channel opt-in'.

  3. Select Save. Repeat for each center where the prompt should appear.

Notes: The toggle is off by default and operates at center scope. It applies only at check-in for returning guests with at least one missing opt-in.

Calculate overtime premium for semi-monthly pay periods with straddling workweeks

Audience/Roles: Business Owner, Administrator

Overview: Organizations on semi-monthly pay periods can now enable a setting that correctly evaluates overtime across workweeks spanning two pay periods, attributing the overtime premium to the pay period in which the workweek ends. Reported hours per pay period remain unchanged; only the premium dollar amount is added to the closing period.

Business Scenario: A workweek runs 16-22 February, straddling two pay periods. An employee works 24 hours in the first period and 20 in the second (44 hours total). With this setting enabled, Zenoti identifies 4 overtime premium hours and attributes the premium to the pay period ending 22 February.

How to Use:

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Configuration > Employee > Payroll and commissions > Payroll controls.

  2. Enable the Calculate overtime premium for semi-monthly pay periods with straddling workweeks toggle.

  3. Select Save.

Notes: The toggle is visible only when the organization's pay frequency is set to semi-monthly. Review any open pay periods before enabling to avoid mid-period inconsistencies.

Enable payroll data refresh from Zenoti Mobile and MyZen

Audience/Roles: Administrator, Employee

Overview: Administrators can now enable independent toggles that let employees trigger a payroll recalculation for the current open pay period directly from Zenoti Mobile or MyZen, without waiting for a web-side refresh. Previously, earnings figures in both apps reflected only the last calculation run on the web.

How to Use:

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Configuration > Employee mobile apps.

  2. Under Zenoti Mobile > Payroll, enable Enable payroll data refresh from Zenoti Mobile, then select Save.

  3. Under MyZen > Payroll, enable Enable payroll data refresh from MyZen, then select Save.

Notes: Both toggles are off by default and independent of each other. The Payroll dashboard toggle for the respective app must also be enabled for the refresh option to appear to employees. Open invoices are excluded from payroll calculations; front desk staff should close relevant invoices before a refresh for accurate earnings.

Honor geofence in ZenChat

Audience/Roles: Administrator

Overview: A new center-level toggle extends existing geofence boundaries to ZenChat, restricting employees to sending and receiving ZenChat messages only from within the configured geofence radius - matching the location controls already in place for Zenoti Mobile and MyZen.

How to Use:

  1. At the center level, navigate to Configuration > Employee mobile apps > ZenChat.

  2. Enable the Honor geofence in ZenChat toggle.

  3. Select Save. Repeat for each center where the restriction should apply.

Notes: ZenChat must be enabled at the organization level (Configuration > Zenoti labs), and geofencing must be active with a valid radius defined (Configuration > Business details > Business setup > Features) for this toggle to have any effect.

Per-provider print mode for job cards

Audience/Roles: Center Manager, Administrator

Overview: A new Print Job Card setting lets centers choose between one consolidated job card per visit or one individual job card per provider (service), giving each therapist their own reference document at their station.

Business Scenario: A high-volume spa enables 'One print per service' so each therapist receives their own job card, while a smaller location keeps 'One print per visit' to reduce paper and simplify front-desk handoffs.

How to Use:

  1. At the center level, navigate to Configuration > Appointments > Appointment and Queue management.

  2. Locate the Print Job Card setting.

  3. Select 'One print per visit' or 'One print per service', then select Save.

Notes: This is a center-level setting and must be configured separately for each center. Changes apply to new print actions after saving.

Projected Service Revenue metric in MyZen employee performance view

Audience/Roles: Business Owner, Center Manager, Administrator, Service Provider

Overview: A new Projected Service Revenue metric in MyZen shows providers their estimated net commissionable revenue from open appointments in the current shift, after organization-level deductions such as shop costs. Administrators can enable or disable the metric independently from Configuration.

How to Use:

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Configuration > Employee mobile apps > MyZen.

  2. Under Employee Performance, select Configure Employee Metrics.

  3. Enable the Projected Service Revenue toggle, then select Save.

Notes: The Allow performance tracking using metrics and leaderboard setting must be active for the provider's center. Keep deduction settings current under Configuration > Employee > Payroll and commissions > Deductions to ensure projection accuracy.

Wellness ID for guest profiles

Audience/Roles: Administrator

Overview: A new Wellness ID feature assigns a unique identifier to each guest for wellness tracking. When enabled, the Wellness ID field appears on guest profiles and related workflows. Administrators can configure a custom label, duplicate restrictions, regex pattern, and validation rules.

How to Use:

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Configuration > Guests.

  2. Search for 'Wellness ID' and enable the Enable Wellness ID toggle.

  3. Select Save. Optionally configure the Wellness ID Label, duplicate restriction, regex, and validation settings individually.

Notes: Enabling Wellness ID at the organization level makes the field available on all guest profiles. The Configurations permission is required to enable or modify this setting.

Employees

AI Business Advisor access control for individual employees

Audience/Roles: Administrator

Overview: Administrators can now control AI Business Advisor access per employee using the Allow Access to Analytics setting on each employee's General profile tab. Access is scoped at the organization level and takes effect immediately after saving; the affected employee must log out and back in.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to Employee > Employee and search for the employee by name or code.

  2. Open the employee profile and select the General tab.

  3. Enable or disable Allow Access to Analytics, then select Save.

Notes: The Edit permission on the Manage Employees security object is required. Changes take effect immediately, but the employee must log out and back in for updated permissions to apply to their active session.

Employee Goals: set and track revenue and KPI targets by employee

Audience/Roles: Center Manager, Administrator

Overview: The Employee Goals page lets center managers set annual revenue and KPI targets for individual employees. Managers map service categories to five KPI credit types - Opportunities, Treatment Credits, Upsell Credits, Prebook Credits, and Retail Credits - then assign numeric targets per employee. Scores recalculate on a rolling weekly basis throughout the calendar year.

Business Scenario: A spa manager sets an $85,000 revenue goal with 120 Prebook Credits and 80 Retail Credits targets for each senior provider at the start of the year. The grid tracks each provider's running score against targets, making monthly performance conversations straightforward.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to Employee > Employee > Performance > Employee Goals.

  2. Select Configure KPIs, map service categories to each KPI credit type, then select Save.

  3. Select + Set goal, search for the employee, enter revenue and KPI targets for each applicable credit type, then select Save.

Notes: The KPI engine must be enabled at the organization level or scores remain at zero. Goals set mid-year will show a gap for time already elapsed - setting goals at the start of the calendar year is recommended. The Employee Targets - Manage permission is required for write access.

Pay period alignment warning for weekly overtime calculations

Audience/Roles: Business Owner, Center Manager, Administrator

Overview: When weekly overtime is configured, Zenoti now displays an advisory notice on the payroll report if the pay period start date does not align with the Week Starts On day in overtime settings. The warning is advisory only and does not block payroll generation.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to Employee > Payroll and review the payroll report for the advisory notice.

  2. Note the Week Starts On day referenced in the warning, then navigate to Configuration > Employee > Payroll and Commissions > Pay Period.

  3. Adjust the pay period start date to match the Week Starts On day, select Save, then reload the payroll report to confirm the warning is cleared.

Notes: The correction applies to new pay periods only - already-generated pay periods are not retroactively corrected. In multi-center organizations, verify alignment at each center separately.

ezConnect

Broadcast message type notification codes and analytics exclusions

Audience/Roles: Administrator, Center Manager, Business Owner

Overview: Zenoti now assigns dedicated notification type codes (770, 771, 772) to the Unconfirmed Appointments, Center Hours Change, and Provider Unavailability broadcast types; Confirmed Appointments and All Appointments retain legacy code 105. All four codes are excluded from sent-message counts and conversation timelines in ezConnect analytics, so bulk broadcast traffic does not inflate two-way conversation metrics.

Notes: Exclusion applies automatically to all organizations with ezConnect enabled. Broadcast messaging is SMS-only; WhatsApp broadcast is not supported for any broadcast type.

HyperConnect

Multi-line messaging and number display settings in HyperConnect

Audience/Roles: Administrator, Center Manager, Front Desk Operator

Overview: HyperConnect now includes four center-level messaging settings: Enable Multi-Line Messaging (allows simultaneous conversations across multiple phone lines), Show Center Numbers (surfaces center-registered numbers as sender IDs), Show Non-Center Numbers (surfaces additional org-level numbers added under General > Additional Numbers as sender IDs), and Show Card on File (displays a guest's card-on-file status in the conversation view). All settings default to off and must be configured separately for each center.

How to Use:

  1. Open HyperConnect by navigating to Chat in Zenoti, then click the Settings icon.

  2. Select the Messaging tab.

  3. Enable the desired toggles - Multi-Line Messaging, Show Center Numbers, Show Non-Center Numbers, Show Card on File - then click Save.

  4. Repeat for each center that requires these settings.

Notes: Center phone numbers must be provisioned in HyperConnect before Show Center Numbers is effective. Non-center numbers must be added under General > Additional Numbers before Show Non-Center Numbers populates any options. The Connect Access Enable permission is required (Configuration > Security > Security Roles > [your role] > Zenoti HyperConnect > Connect Access Enable).

Integrations

Financial Lock Approval Workflow for accounting integration

Audience/Roles: Business Owner, Administrator

Overview: Organization owners can now designate specific security roles as approvers for financial lock change requests. When the feature is active, any change to the financial lock must be approved by a user in a designated role before it takes effect. The Owner role always has approval authority and cannot be removed.

How to Use:

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Configuration > Accounting > Accounting settings.

  2. Expand the Financial Lock Approval accordion.

  3. Select the security roles that can approve financial lock change requests, then click Save.

Notes: The Financial Lock Approval panel is visible only when the feature is enabled for your organization - contact Zenoti Support if it does not appear. Non-owner users can view the panel in read-only mode but cannot edit or save changes.

Alle OAuth authentication callback for loyalty provider connection

Audience/Roles: Administrator, Front Desk Operator

Overview: Zenoti now includes a dedicated OAuth callback page that finalizes the connection to the Alle loyalty provider. After completing the Alle authorization flow, the callback page displays a clear success or failure message, removing ambiguity about whether the connection completed.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Integrations > Integration settings, expand the LP accordion, and select the option to authorize or connect your Alle account.

  2. Sign in to Alle on the authorization page, grant all requested permissions, and keep the browser window open.

  3. When the callback page shows 'Authentication was successful', close the window.

  4. In the LP accordion, verify the Alle connection shows an Active or Authorized status.

Notes: The entire authorization flow must be completed in a single browser session. Declining any permission on the Alle authorization screen causes the connection to fail. Contact Zenoti Support to confirm the Alle integration is active before attempting authorization.

Debt recovery agency integration for suspended memberships

Audience/Roles: Administrator, Business Owner

Overview: Organizations can now connect a third-party debt recovery agency to claim and pursue suspended memberships. Administrators configure agency details, a cancellation reason, a custom payment method, and generate a one-time API key for secure agency access. A toggle controls whether claimed memberships can later be released or reinstated.

How to Use:

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Configuration > Integrations > Integration settings, expand the Debt Recovery accordion, and enable the Enable Debt Recovery toggle.

  2. Enter the agency name, short code, cancellation reason, custom payment method, and set the Allow claimed memberships to be released or reinstated toggle to match your policy.

  3. Click Generate Key, copy the API key (shown only once), then click Save.

  4. Share the API key with your agency through a secure channel.

Notes: The API key is shown exactly once - it cannot be retrieved afterward. Rotating the key immediately invalidates the previous key with no grace period. The reinstatement policy cannot be overridden per membership, so confirm the policy before go-live.

Alle loyalty provider integration for centers

Audience/Roles: Administrator, Center Manager

Overview: Centers can now connect to the Alle loyalty program by entering an Alle Location ID and completing an embedded authentication. On successful connection, Zenoti automatically creates Alle-GiftCard, Alle-LoyaltyPoints, and Alle-Offers as payment types at the POS - no manual payment agent setup required. Each center must be connected independently.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Integrations > Integration settings and expand the Alle Integration accordion.

  2. Enter the Location ID provided by your Alle account representative, click Save, then click Connect and complete the Alle login in the embedded panel.

  3. Confirm the status shows Connected and verify the three Alle payment types appear at the POS.

  4. Repeat for each additional center participating in the Alle program.

Notes: The Alle integration must be enabled at the organization level by a Zenoti Customer Success Manager before the panel appears. Disconnecting removes the payment agent associations for that center - Alle redemptions will fail at checkout until the integration is reconnected.

Inventory

Configurable order return reasons for vendor and center returns

Audience/Roles: Administrator, Front Desk Operator

Overview: Administrators can enable a return reason prompt that appears when staff return products to a vendor or transfer products back to another center. A shared Order return reasons list lets administrators define selectable reasons at the organization level for consistent, auditable records across all centers.

How to Use:

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Configuration > Inventory.

  2. Enable the Show reasons during return to vendor process toggle, then select Save.

  3. Under Order return reasons, select Add, enter each reason name, select Done, then select Save.

Notes: The reason list is shared across all centers. Turning off the toggle hides the prompt but does not delete existing reasons - they reappear if the toggle is re-enabled.

Product Master Code on barcode labels for variant products

Audience/Roles: Center Manager, Administrator

Overview: Barcode labels for variant products can now display the parent product's master code alongside each variant's barcode. Enable this in barcode print settings so receiving teams can immediately identify which product family a variant belongs to without looking it up in the system.

How to Use:

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Configuration > Inventory > Orders > Essentials.

  2. In the Format to print barcodes settings, set 'What should print as Product Code?' to 'Product code from product master', then select Save.

  3. To print labels, navigate to Inventory > Orders, open the relevant purchase order, and select Print Barcodes.

Notes: If a variant product has no parent record, the master code field on the label will be blank. The setting applies organization-wide to all labels printed after saving.

Return reason selection on return purchase orders

Audience/Roles: Administrator, Center Manager, Front Desk Operator

Overview: Staff can now select a return reason on the return purchase order form when return-to-vendor reasons are configured. The field is optional and does not block saving. A Return Reason column also appears in the orders listing when filtered to Return purchase orders or Transfer order return types.

How to Use:

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Configuration > Inventory > Order return reasons and enable the Show reasons during return to vendor process setting.

  2. At the center level, navigate to Inventory > Orders and select Add returns from the I want to dropdown.

  3. Complete vendor and product details, select a return reason from the dropdown (optional), then select Save.

Notes: The Return Reason dropdown appears only when the organization setting is enabled. The Return Reason column in the orders listing is visible only when the Order type filter is set to Return purchase orders or Transfer order return.

Vendor email recipient confirmation panel for purchase orders

Audience/Roles: Center Manager, Front Desk Operator, Administrator

Overview: Before a purchase order email is dispatched, Zenoti now displays a slide-in panel listing every email address the order will be sent to. For bulk raise-and-email operations, recipients are grouped by vendor in a single review step so staff can catch missing or outdated contacts before sending.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Orders and open a purchase order (or select multiple orders in Created status for a bulk operation).

  2. Select the option to raise and email; the recipient confirmation panel opens automatically.

  3. Review all recipient addresses. If any are incorrect, select Cancel, update the vendor record, and repeat.

  4. Select Send to dispatch the order emails.

Notes: The email is not sent until the user selects Send. During bulk operations, all selected orders must be in Created status - a validation message appears if any selected order does not meet this requirement.

Memberships

Component-level redemption control for membership dollar credits and loyalty points

Audience/Roles: Administrator, Business Owner

Overview: Administrators can now restrict which invoice line-item types - services, products, gift cards, tips, or donations - membership dollar credits and loyalty points may be applied to at checkout. Separate multi-select lists define eligible components for each payment type, and scope settings control whether credits can cover a member's own, add-on members', or any guest's line items on a group invoice.

Business Scenario: A spa restricts member dollar credits to services and products only (excluding gift cards and tips), and sets the redemption scope to Self so credits cannot be applied to a companion's charges on a group invoice.

How to Use:

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Configuration > POS and scroll to Membership Dollar Credits and Loyalty Points.

  2. Enable the component-level redemption control toggle, then select Save.

  3. In the Membership dollar credits and Loyalty points multi-selects, choose eligible invoice component types, set the redemption scope (Self, Only Addon Members, or Anyone), then select Save.

Notes: When the master toggle is on and no components are selected for a payment type, redemption for that type is fully disabled until at least one component is chosen. All settings are organization-wide.

Last Redeemed For Guest columns in the Memberships Reduced Usage Report

Audience/Roles: Administrator, Center Manager

Overview: The Memberships Reduced Usage Report now includes Last Redeemed For Guest Name (visible by default) and Last Redeemed For Guest ID (available via column picker), identifying which secondary guest most recently redeemed a primary member's benefits - without manually cross-referencing guest records.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to Finance > Collections > Memberships Reduced Usage, apply filters, then select Show results.

  2. Review the Last Redeemed For Guest Name column to identify the secondary guest for each membership's most recent redemption.

  3. To add the ID column, select the column picker icon, locate Last Redeemed For Guest ID, and select Apply.

Notes: Both columns reflect only the most recent redemption made on behalf of another guest. They are empty when all redemptions were made by the primary member for themselves.

Debt recovery reinstatement gate and org validation for memberships

Audience/Roles: Front Desk Operator, Administrator, Center Manager

Overview: Zenoti now checks for non-voided debt-recovery claims before allowing a cancelled membership to be reinstated. Reinstatement is permitted or blocked based on the organization-level Allow Reinstate While In Collections setting. Batch debt-recovery processing also validates that submitted membership IDs belong to the target organization, silently excluding mismatched records while processing valid ones.

Business Scenario: A front desk operator attempts to reinstate a membership with an active collections claim. Zenoti blocks the action and prompts the operator to contact the collections team.

How to Use:

  1. At the organization level, confirm the Allow Reinstate While In Collections setting reflects your reinstatement policy (Configuration > Memberships).

  2. Open the guest profile > Memberships tab, locate the cancelled membership, and select the reinstatement action.

  3. Review the new expiration and next collection dates in the dialog, then select Save.

Notes: Reinstatement is blocked when a non-voided claim (Active, Released, or Resolved) exists and Allow Reinstate While In Collections is disabled. A voided claim does not trigger the gate. To clear the block without changing the org setting, coordinate with the collections team to void the claim.

Notifications

Financial Lock Change Request notification template

Audience/Roles: Business Owner, Center Manager, Administrator

Overview: A new email notification template, Financial Lock Change Request Submitted, alerts designated Manager and Owner recipients when a financial lock change request is submitted. The notification includes the requester's name, current and proposed lock values, and the submission timestamp. This template does not consume guest communication credits.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Notifications and search for 'Financial Lock Change Request Submitted'.

  2. Enter a subject line and compose the email body using macros such as [OldLockValue], [NewLockValue], [RequestedBy], and [RequestedOn]. Add recipient email addresses in the Forward To field.

  3. Select Save.

Notes: Supports the Email channel only. If Forward To is empty, no notification is delivered. Review the Forward To field periodically when Manager or Owner personnel change.

Payments

Payment Links settings relocated under Process payments

Audience/Roles: Administrator

Overview: The Payment Links configuration section has moved to Configuration > Payments > Process payments > Payment links. Administrators who navigate to the previous location will see an informational notice with the new path. No settings have been removed or changed.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Payments > Process payments > Payment links to access all Payment Links settings.

Notes: Update any bookmarks or internal documentation that reference the previous Payment Links path.

Statements Report bulk-charge checkbox and wallet/carried-forward columns

Audience/Roles: Business Owner, Center Manager, Front Desk Operator, Administrator

Overview: The Statements Report now includes a frozen checkbox column for selecting statement rows and processing payments in a single bulk-charge operation. Three new columns - Wallet Applied at Generation, Wallet Applied at Due Date, and Due Carried Forward - show how wallet credits were applied at different billing stages and flag unresolved prior-period balances. Group subtotals and a footer grand total update automatically as filters change.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to the payment dashboard and select Statements. Apply date range and center filters, then load results.

  2. Select individual rows using the checkbox, or use the header checkbox to select all visible rows.

  3. Use the bulk charge control to process selected statements, and review the Wallet Applied and Due Carried Forward columns to identify guests with outstanding balances.

Notes: The header checkbox selects only rows currently visible in the grid - rows hidden by filters or pagination are not included. A Due Carried Forward value greater than zero indicates an unresolved balance from a prior statement period.

Point of Sale

Center-level toggle to trial the redesigned POS interface

Audience/Roles: Center Manager, Administrator, Front Desk Operator

Overview: A center-level toggle lets front desk staff preview the redesigned POS interface without making it the permanent default. Each staff member can individually opt in or out, and their preference is saved across sessions. Turning the toggle off returns all staff at that center to the existing POS interface.

How to Use:

  1. At the center level, navigate to Configuration > POS > Essentials.

  2. Enable 'Let the front desk try the redesigned POS temporarily', then select Save.

  3. Repeat for each center to include in the trial.

Notes: The toggle is off by default and is center-specific. It does not permanently switch the interface - permanent switchover is controlled by the separate Enable new POS view setting. Staff who do not see the expected interface after a change should log out and back in.

Products

Alle loyalty program product eligibility flag

Audience/Roles: Administrator

Overview: Administrators can now mark individual products as eligible for the Alle loyalty program using a 'This is an Alle product' checkbox on the product's General tab. Flagged products qualify for Alle reward accrual at the POS.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Products, search for the product, and select Edit Product.

  2. On the GENERAL tab, select or clear 'This is an Alle product'.

  3. Click Save.

Notes: The checkbox is visible only when the Alle loyalty program integration is enabled for the organization. Confirm with your Alle program contact which products qualify before updating the catalog.

Reports

AI Scribe Recording Minutes column in the Appointments report

Audience/Roles: Business Owner, Center Manager, Administrator

Overview: The Appointments report now includes an AI Scribe Recording Minutes column showing total AI Scribe recording time per appointment. The column is automatically provisioned for all eligible organizations - no administrator configuration is required. It is visible, sortable, filterable, and groupable by default.

Notes: AI Scribe must be enabled for the organization before recording-minute data populates. Access requires the appropriate reporting permissions for your security role.

Payroll Summary pay-period alignment warning banner

Audience/Roles: Center Manager, Administrator

Overview: The Payroll Summary report now shows a warning banner when the pay period start day does not match the center's Week Starts On setting, alerting payroll administrators to investigate before finalizing payroll. The warning does not block report generation or payroll processing.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to Employee > Payroll and select Payroll Summary. Load the report for the relevant center and pay period.

  2. If a warning banner appears, navigate to Configuration > Employee > Payroll and Commissions > Pay period and review the pay period start date.

  3. Navigate to Configuration > Appointments > Center Setup to verify the Week Starts On setting, align both settings to the same day of the week, then reload the report to confirm the warning is cleared.

Notes: Updating either setting does not retroactively correct already-generated payroll records. In multi-center organizations, verify alignment at each center separately.

Services

Alle loyalty program service eligibility flag

Audience/Roles: Administrator

Overview: Administrators can now mark individual services as eligible for the Alle loyalty program using a 'This is an Alle service' checkbox on each service's General tab. Flagged services allow guests to earn Alle rewards at checkout.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to Master data > Services and open the service to enroll.

  2. On the General tab, select 'This is an Alle service'.

  3. Select Save. Repeat for each additional qualifying service.

Notes: The checkbox is visible only when the Alle integration is enabled at the organization level. Contact your Zenoti administrator or Customer Success Manager to request activation if the checkbox does not appear.

SmartBot

Automatic SmartBot panel permissions for existing organizations

Audience/Roles: Business Owner, Administrator, Center Manager

Overview: When SmartBot is provisioned for an existing organization, Zenoti automatically assigns default panel-level permissions to standard security roles without requiring manual configuration. Owner, Administrator, and Manager roles receive View and Edit access to SmartBot Settings, FAQ, and Prompts panels, plus View-only access to Call Logs, Analytics, and Inbox. Receptionist, Instructor, and Inventory Manager roles receive View-only access to Call Logs, Analytics, and Inbox.

How to Use:

  1. After SmartBot is provisioned, navigate to the SmartBot admin console.

  2. Confirm that Owner, Administrator, and Manager roles have edit access to Settings, FAQ, and Prompts, and that other standard roles have view-only access to Call Logs, Analytics, and Inbox.

  3. If a role is missing expected access, contact your Zenoti account representative to request that the permission back-fill be run for your organization.

Notes: The back-fill runs automatically on provisioning and is idempotent - existing permissions are not overwritten. If edit access is needed for a role that currently has view-only access, an Owner or Administrator must update that role's permissions manually.
