Equipment view in Appointment Book

Appointments appear in this view only if equipment has been booked against them.

The Equipment tab in the redesigned Appointment Book displays appointments grouped by the equipment booked against each appointment. This view helps staff at medspas and similar businesses manage equipment-dependent bookings efficiently, ensuring that resources such as laser devices or treatment machines are allocated without conflicts.

To view appointments by equipment in the redesigned Appointment Book, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Appointment Book.

  2. Click the Equipment tab in the toolbar.

The view updates to display appointments grouped by the equipment booked against each appointment.

The Equipment tab supports a subset of the filters available in other Appointment Book views. Appointment status, Forms, and Category filters work as expected. The Sort filter supports sorting by Name only; other sort options are not available in this view. The Providers filter and the Print option are not supported in the Equipment tab.
