Dashboards and performance tracking
Track lead performance, conversion progress, lead source distribution, and agent productivity using dashboards.
Lead management dashboard
The Lead Management Dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of your entire lead pipeline, helping managers and agents quickly understand lead volume, progress, and conversion performance. It is designed for daily monitoring, performance tracking, and decision-making.
At the top of the dashboard, use the Duration selector to define the time period for which data is displayed. When you select a duration such as Month to Date, Last 7 days, or a custom range, all dashboard metrics, charts, and tables update automatically to reflect activity within that period. Use shorter durations for operational monitoring and longer durations for trend analysis.
Quick overview
The Quick overview section provides high-level performance metrics for the selected duration.
Total Leads shows the number of leads created during the selected period. This helps you understand overall lead inflow.
Open Leads shows how many leads are currently active and have not yet been closed as Won or Lost.
Conversion rate reflects the percentage of leads that have moved to a Won stage. This metric is calculated automatically based on lead stage changes.
Revenue generated shows the total revenue attributed to leads that converted during the selected period.
Leads at risk highlights leads that require attention, such as leads with overdue follow-ups or no recent activity. This is designed to help teams act before leads are lost.
Each metric also displays a comparison against the previous period, allowing you to quickly identify increases or declines.
Lead to win progress
The Lead to win progress section visualizes how leads move through different stages of the pipeline.
The funnel represents each configured lead stage, starting from New and progressing toward Won or Lost. The width of each stage indicates the number of leads currently at that stage. This visualization helps you quickly identify where leads are accumulating or dropping off.
Above the funnel, the estimated funnel value shows the potential revenue associated with the current pipeline. The Highest drop-off indicator highlights the stage where the most leads are exiting the funnel, helping managers identify problem areas in the sales process.
Use the Lead stages filter within this section to view funnel performance for a specific lead source, and compare how different channels convert.
Average first response time
The Average first response time section shows how quickly leads receive their first outreach after being created.
Avg response time displays the average duration between lead creation and first contact. The Trend indicator shows how this average has changed compared to the previous period.
The pie chart breaks down leads by response time brackets: under one hour, one to four hours, four to 24 hours, 24 to 48 hours, and over 48 hours. The Sources legend alongside the chart shows the count of leads in each bracket. Use this section to identify whether your team is responding to leads quickly enough, and to spot sources where response times are consistently high.
Lead source distribution
The Lead source distribution section shows how leads and revenue are distributed across different lead sources.
At the top of this section, Best conversions highlights the lead source with the highest conversion rate, and Revenue shows which source has contributed the most revenue during the selected period.
The pie chart breaks down lead volume by source, with each source color-coded and listed in the Lead sources legend alongside its lead count. Use the Lead sources filter to analyze distribution for a specific lead type, such as Services or Memberships. This helps marketing and leadership teams evaluate campaign effectiveness and allocate budgets more effectively.
Task health
The Task health section provides an overview of follow-up task activity across all leads in the selected period.
Total tasks shows the number of tasks created during the period. Avg completion time shows the average time taken to complete a task across all agents.
The pie chart breaks down tasks by stage: Completed, Overdue, and Pending. The Stages legend alongside the chart shows the count for each status. Use the All task types filter to narrow the view to a specific task category. Monitor this section regularly — a high Overdue count relative to Completed indicates that follow-up tasks are not being actioned in time, which may be contributing to leads at risk.
Lead capture trends
The Lead capture trends section shows how leads are captured over time.
The trend graph displays New leads and Existing leads across the selected duration. This helps you identify peak lead capture days, daily fluctuations, and overall momentum.
At the top of this section, Peak day capture shows the highest number of leads captured on a single day. Average new leads and Average returning leads are shown as percentage trends compared to the previous period, allowing you to understand lead consistency and repeat engagement.
Use the Lead sources filter to view capture trends for a specific lead type. Use this section to plan staffing, outreach schedules, and campaign timing.
Agent leaderboard
The Agent leaderboard provides visibility into individual agent performance.
Total agents shows the number of agents working on leads during the selected period. Average time to close a lead shows the organization-wide average across all agents during the period.
Agents are ranked in the table below. For each agent, the dashboard displays the rank, leads closed, conversion rate, and average time to close. The top-ranked agent is highlighted in green. This helps managers identify top performers, balance workloads, and provide targeted coaching where needed.
Use the Lead sources filter to evaluate agent performance for a specific lead type.
Center performance
The Center performance section compares lead performance across all centers in your organization.
At the top of this section, Total leads (All centers) shows the combined lead volume across every location. Total revenue and Avg conversion rate provide organization-wide aggregates for the selected period.
The table ranks centers by performance. Each row displays the center name, a bar visualization of Leads won / Total leads, and the Revenue attributed to that center. The top-ranked center is highlighted in green with a trophy icon.
Use the Sort by dropdown to reorder centers by Leads won, Total leads, or Revenue depending on what you want to evaluate. Use this section to identify high-performing locations, spot underperforming centers, and make resourcing or coaching decisions across your business.
