Print Salon Summary report on A4 size paper
With this release, businesses can print the full Salon Summary report on A4 size paper from the Reports dashboard and Queue.
Queue
Improved visits log
The modified visits log makes it easy for you to distinguish between call-aheads and walk-ins—additional updates made for better formatting and consistency of information (for example – timestamps and service end times).
Identify guests from other centers
You can quickly identify guests from different centers while searching on Queue and Booking Wizard. The “other center” icon on search results denotes guests from other centers—the center name is also visible when you hover over a guest’s name.
Improved queue performance
There is a reduction in Queue’s initial loading time, and the performance of the interface has improved.
Add comments from group invoices to individual invoice
With this release, the front-desk staff can add comments on group invoices, which will appear on all the individual invoices in that group.
Apply discount to individual invoices from group invoice
With this release, front-desk staff can apply a manual discount or campaign to individual invoices from a group invoice. We’ve added the Discount section on the group invoice screen for this operation.
Employee
Configure break time for employees
Employees can specify that they are checking out for a break during their shift. Centers can configure the break duration and label; then decide whether the employee can check in during the break. Centers can use the attendance report to know the actual breaks taken and the break status.
Print weekly employee schedules
Businesses can now print weekly consolidated employee schedules.
A Print Schedule button is now available.
Click Print Schedule to display the print view with printing options.
The print displays employee notes.
Total working hours per day are visible for all of the days for every employee.
All employees’ total working hours are added and displayed to print.
All employees’ total working hours on each day are calculated and printed.
The print only displays the employees that are selected (checked) in EmployeeSchedule.aspx
The print data has a date title – a date range on all the printed pages.
Employee code is displayed in the employee column along with total weekly hours of the employee and the employee name.
Gift Cards
Redeem SVS gift cards on group invoices
Guests can now use SVS gift cards while making payments on group invoices. However, a refund on redemption would reflect in other payment modes.

Queue
Sunsetting Queue v1
The option to select a version for Queue at the center level is unavailable from March 8, 2023. All new and existing centers will have access to the latest and improved queue version.
Enhancement in queue operations
With the latest release, the queue page reload, and employee context has been enhanced to improve queue operations. The operations related to employee PIN are faster as the entire queue is not reloaded.
Localization of Queue V2
The new version of Queue is now available in multiple languages.
Supported languages: French, Pseudo-Latin, German, and Arabic.

Enhancements to Salon Summary report
With this release, salons can get a snapshot of their salon’s performance right from the context menu on Queue. They can also print a quick and short version of the summary.
Important
This report is only available to salons with the latest version of Zenoti Reports.
We’ve added new metrics to the Sales and Statistics sections.
Analytics
New schema addition
Businesses extracting data from Redshift or S3 can utilize the following schema additions:
Initial suggested service start time data to the Visits data source. This is used for queue-based businesses.
Gift cards
Create bonus gift card (BOGO gift card) while selling regular gift card
On POS, after closing an invoice for a regular gift card, enter the bonus gift card code in the popup displayed. A bonus gift card is generated for your guest. To enable this, we have enhanced the existing SVS integration for regular gift cards to support bonus gift cards (BOGO gift cards) as well.
Zenoti Mobile
Tablet-to-tablet mirroring
The front-desk staff can now connect and mirror invoices from one tablet to another, allowing swift payment, tip, and feedback collection from guests.

Generate PIN without email
With this release, employees can generate a PIN without an email id using the Generate PIN without Email option under My Dashboard > Edit Profile. You can check in using the PIN any number of times. If you forget the PIN, regenerate the PIN.
Note
This enhancement is available to businesses that have enabled the Enable PIN login setting. Businesses requiring employees to check in using a PIN face difficulty if an employee does not have an email id to receive the PIN.

Enable machine authentication at the center level
With this update, we are adding a setting to enable machine authentication at the center level. This allows the employees to access data across multiple centers easily.
Business owners can enable this setting at their respective centers.
Analytics
New custom dashboards for analytics
With this release, you can access the following custom dashboards:
Daily Detail: Provides detailed breakdown of gross and net revenue generation for a single day.
Production Report: Provides an overview of sales for salon and individual employees.
Time Card: Provides a detailed report of employee hours, including regular time, overtime, and time off.
Employee Ranking: Provides information on employee retail and service performance based on a monthly basis or for a specific date range.
Schedule Forecasting Report: Provides an estimate of future salon traffic using the data on gross sales per hour of previous weeks.

Automatically sync product sale price and MRP
You can now set a product’s sale price to sync with the MRP configured automatically. To this effect, we have introduced a new center-level setting, Sync Sale Price with MRP automatically.
Group data in Stock Ledger report
You can group data in the Stock Ledger report by transaction type, product name, and brand. Explore how to group data in a report summary. More information
Queue
Assign stylists from a quick selection window
While booking, you can now assign a stylist directly from the Assign stylist quick selection window and commence the service.
Queue wait time calculations now include transition time between services
After a service provider completes a service and takes payment, they often clean up the work area before starting with the next guest. The duration for preparing for the next visit is the transition time between guests.
This feature allows for the transition time to be calculated for each service provider based on their historical data and then used in the calculation of wait times. Accurate wait time calculations, including transition time, increase the efficiency of queue-based businesses. More information
Revert stylist assignment for a service to First available
When a wrong stylist is selected for a service, the front-desk staff can easily modify and select the First Available option from the stylist assignment drop-down.
Enhancement in queue operations
Modifications in the API calls and JS file versioning have significantly reduced the time it takes to open and start working with queue.

Show invoice details over a pole device
Under the law, businesses in some regions, such as California, must display invoice details on a pole device to the guest before taking payment.
For this, we’ve added the new center-level setting, Enable pole display. After enabling this setting, the front-desk staff can see the Pole device option on the invoice screen.
Note
Currently, Zenoti supports XP8200 U POS-X pole devices.
Onboarding
Faster go-lives with guided onboarding
Businesses can now easily go live on Zenoti with guided onboarding. Franchise owners can configure or verify pre-go-live tasks with a few clicks on the interface. Pre-go-live tasks include setting up center hours, geofence, minimum drawer balance, no-show and cancellation fees, and employee schedules.

Enhancements to Attendance report v2
With this release, Attendance report v2 comes with the following enhancements:
Highlighted missed check-ins and checkouts
Hyperlinked date directing the user to the Edit Check-in page
Audited logs of check-ins.
