You can now view all membership waivers in the Membership Waived Collection v2 report. The report comes with filters that let you slice your data to give you a true picture of waivers at your centers or organization. For instance, you can filter the report to view only those waivers where service credits were awarded, or those where service credits were not awarded. More information

A new report, Memberships Reduced Usage Report, gives details of guests who have not redeemed any benefits from their memberships in the last few days. More information

Businesses can set a default tax group that will apply to all retail products sold at a center. To this end, we have introduced the Default tax group for retail products in the drop-down list on each Manage Center page. Additionally, we’ve added the Select Default Tax Group and Remove Tax Group options in bulk edit mode. More information
