Front-desk staff can now view the status of a package redemption invoice from the Guest Profile (Packages tab). You can also view the same details from the Appointment Book > Booking Panel (Service tab). More information
The Waiting Room feature allows businesses to employ remote doctors to take consultations for patients via video conferencing across multiple locations. When a patient physically checks into a location and a nurse decides a consultation is needed, the nurse enters the patient in the Waiting Room. While in the waiting room, any available doctor can accept the patient for a virtual consultation. The same doctor can review forms and medical reports, and then start a video conference with the patient. More information

Franchisees who do not want to deliver a specific service in their business can now opt out of enabling a service in Webstore, even when it is enabled by organization.
When guests purchase packages and memberships online, businesses can enable templates to send them the benefit details of the memberships/packages they bought.
Access all reports from the Reports tab on the main ribbon. This is done for better accessibility and to avoid confusion.

Businesses can set a default tax group that will apply to all retail products sold at a center. To this end, we have introduced the Default tax group for retail products in the drop-down list on each Manage Center page. Additionally, we’ve added the Select Default Tax Group and Remove Tax Group options in bulk edit mode. More information
Search parameters are retained for Packages, Products, and Services searches. Also, from the details page, you can navigate back to the search results.
