SmartBot self-serve admin console: Overview
SmartBot has a multi-faceted approach to help guide guests through booking workflows and answer their commonly asked questions. While much of the setup for SmartBot is done when you go live, you can customize FAQs, Prompts, and Web Bot settings to personalize your bot.
Tip
You can click on the Settings icon to access the customizable FAQs, Prompts, and Web Bot settings of SmartBot.
