Copy goals
Once a goal is defined and this value is consistent for the next periods, the system supports the ability to copy and create goals for the upcoming periods.
Navigate to the Goal listing page, and select a goal ( using the check box), you'd like to copy for the next n periods.
Click Copy.
Select the starting period of the next goal and the no of periods ( max 18).
Confirm copy goals.
The system will create a copy of the goal selected for the next n periods selected. All the newly created goals will be in draft status. They need to be published.
Example
Your base goal is July 28- Aug 3 and it's employee goal.
To copy this goal for the next 8 weeks, you'd follow the above steps by selecting the above goal, click copy and enter 8 in the value selector. The system will create 8 goals for the next weeks with date ranges Aug 4-Aug 10, Aug 11- Aug 17, Aug 18-24 and so on.... These goals will be employee goals , period as weekly with the same targets defined in the base goal.
