How can I see how a specific employee is doing across all the locations they have worked at or a specific location?
If you are not on the home page dashboard, please select the Dashboard icon in the bottom menu bar. On the dashboard screen, click the employee icon that is located above the first metric card on the left.
This will display the list of all employees. To go to a specific employee, do any one of the following:
Scroll through the list to find the employee and tap on the card.
Search for the employee > Tap the name > Tap on the card
This displays all the metrics for that specific employee and shows their aggregated performance across all locations at which they have worked.
The data is controlled based on the app-level center filter. So if Employee A works in Locations 1, 2, and 3 but the app-level filter is only for Locations 1 and 3, then the aggregated performance numbers will be only for Locations 1 and 3.
To view data for only one of the locations, go to the app-level filter and select the location for which you want to see the data. To do this:
From the bottom bar, tap Menu.
Select Location Filter.
Filter to select the needed location.
Click Save.
