Average product spend inc. tax

Total sale of products on closed invoices divided by the number on closed invoices which have product sale. The sale value includes the Tax amount.

Product Invoices Count

Zenoti > Reports NEW (v2 report) > Financial Reports > Sales - Accrual report > Select all values in Item Type, Sale Type, and Payment Type dropdown > Select centers as displayed in the ezPulse app.

  1. Unhide the Invoice Closed Date and Status column.

  2. Export the report in Excel, open the file remove the top 5 rows and the last row.

  3. Select the table and Go to Insert Tab > Pivot table

  4. Add Item Type in Filters, select Product.

  5. Add Item Status in Filters, select Closed.

  6. Add Invoice No in Rows and count the number of invoices shown.

Product Sale

Zenoti > Reports NEW > Financial Reports > Sales - Accrual report > Select all values in the Item Type, Sale Type, and Payment Type dropdown > select centers as displayed in ezPulse app.

  1. Unhide the Invoice Closed Date and Status column.

  2. Export the report in Excel, open the file remove the top 5 rows and the last row.

  3. Select the table and Go to Insert Tab > Pivot table

  4. Add Item Type in Filters and Sum Sales(Inc. Tax) column in values.

  5. Select Product in Item Type Filter, the value shown is the sale value.

Average product spend = Product Sale / Product Invoices Count
