How to use SmartBot analytics dashboard
With SmartBot Analytics, you can quickly analyze your Bot performance across locations, channels, and time frames and access scheduling and conversation trends from one easy-to-use dashboard. Watch the video to know how:
Tip
To choose the location to view analytics from:
Click the Location drop-down present on the top right corner of the screen
Select the location and click to set
To select a date range:
Open the calendar by clicking the Last 7 Days tab
Select a pre-set time frame from Last 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, or choose a custom period and click Apply
To view analytics from SMS/Web/All channels:
To choose a platform, or view All channels, click the drop-down menu that says SMS or WEB and select either from SMS, Web, or All to view.

To view the scheduling trend:
Click on the Scheduling tab to view the overall scheduling trend
Under Scheduling, click on each of the tabs - Bookings, Reschedules, Cancellations - to view the respective data
How to view the conversation trend:
Click on the Conversations tab to view the overall conversation trend of your guests.
Under Conversations, click on Users or Conversations to view the respective data
