How to use the Suggested Responses feature

How to use Suggested Responses to quickly respond to incoming guest messages.

With ezConnect's Suggested Responses feature, ezConnect will automatically display up to 3 suggested replies for incoming guest messages, helping staff respond even quicker.

FDO's can select a relevant reply from the suggestions to send to guests instantly, or create their own custom message.

Up to 3 suggested replies will be displayed for all incoming guest messages, excluding store hours, appointment schedules, products, and services.

Who can use this feature?

This is a beta feature available for all ezConnect users.

If you'd like this feature enabled, reach out to your Zenoti representative.

Can individual users turn off Suggested Responses if they don't find them useful?

Once enabled, individual users can turn suggested replies on or off for themselves under User Settings.
