How to access ezConnect on ZMA?

We’re making 2-way communication even easier by launching ezConnect on mobile and Tablet for Zenoti Mobile App users.

FDOs no longer need to be at their desk in front of a computer to communicate with guests via text – they can keep in touch on the go.

Users can now launch ezConnect on ZMA from their favourite device, mobile, Tablet and iPad.

Note:

  1. Device Availability

    1. On ZMA V1, ezConnect is supported on both mobile and Tablet / iPad

    2. On ZMA V2, ezConnect is supported only on Tab / iPad for now

  2. Feature availability

    1. All the features available on desktop will be retained on ZMA except for Quick Actions

Step 1: Log into ZMA using your credentials
