Service sales per hour
Total Service sales accrual based (closed and open invoices) divided by scheduled hours of all the employees in the center.
Schedule Time
Total service hours clocked by employees belonging to a center.
Service Hours - Reports NEW → Employee Reports → Attendance → Select All Schedule Statuses → Export report
Add a column before Scheduled Hours
Add Formulae SECOND(H2)+(MINUTE(H2)*60)+(HOUR(H2)*3600)
Sum all the values in the column, and now divide this value by 3600 which gives the service time in hours
Total Sales
Zenoti > Reports NEW (v2 report) > Financial Reports > Sales - Accrual report > Select Item Type as Service, Sale Type, and Payment Type dropdown > Select centers as displayed in the ezPulse app.
Unhide the Invoice Closed Date and Status column.
Export the report in Excel, open the file remove the top 5 rows and the last row.
Sum the data in column Sales (Exc. Tax).
