How frequently is the data refreshed?

We automatically refresh the metrics in ezPulse every 2 to 4 hours. This applies to center and employee metrics as well as goals across the organization.

ezPulse Pro accounts: Managers/Leaders/Owners have the ability to use the refresh button on the dashboard and get data near real-time instead of the periodic refresh.

We recommend moving to the ezPulse Pro version if the real-time availability of metrics is important to you.
