Average feedback

This metric looks at the total of all the feedback given divided by the number of invoices that had feedback given.

Example

If there were 100 invoices within a date range out of which 20 had feedback given against them that added up to 85 Score. Then the average feedback would be 85 Divided by 20 i.e. 4.25

Validate in Zenoti

  1. Reports → Search for Feedback V2 report → Select all values under Category, Subcategory, and Service drop-downs > Appointment Status = Closed and Invoice Status = Closed > Select centers as displayed in ezPulse → Export report as Excel

  2. If you see a green bubble on the left top corner of the Rating column select all rows of the column and Format to Number.

  3. Now move to the last row and add an Average formula to all the rows in the Rating column. Format the formulae cell and select 1 decimal place, Metric to match is the formulae cell.
