Rebooking %
This metric looks at how many guests(Their invoices) came into the business and rebooked an appointment for a future date. It takes the total number of invoices that have a rebooked appointment and divides it by the total number of appointments within the period. This is done based on the appointment date and only closed appointments.
Example
There were 10 customers with 10 invoices who came in between 1st Dec - 10th Dec out of which 3 customers with 3 invoices rebooked for a future date. The rebooking % will show 30%

Reports NEW → Operational Reports → Appointments → Date type = Appointment Date → Appointment Status = Closed → Invoice Status = Closed → Export report → (Count of distinct invoices in each center with Rebooking Source = Yes)/ (Count of total distinct invoices in each center)
