Restrict discounts on membership payments
At the organization or center level, click the Marketing icon.
Navigate to Offers > Discounts.
To find a specific discount, in the Search field, enter the discount name.
From the Discount Name column, select the required discount.
Navigate to the Apply to Memberships tab.
From the Select Type list, select Membership.
To select your membership, in the Membership box, search for the membership and select the membership.
Enter the Discount you want to give. To apply the discount for a specific number of payments, enter the number in Payment Installments. The default value is Any, that is, the discount is applicable to all payments.
Note
The discount specified is not applicable on the first sale invoice with a prorated amount. However, it is applicable for consecutive recurring invoices.
Click Save.
Note
On the membership invoice, the number of payments eligible for discounts is indicated in the Discount column.
