Appointment Book
Businesses can allow only specific roles to edit tips-related details. Any edits to the tip's details are recorded in the invoice logs. For this, we've added the Edit tips role permission under Configurations > Security > Security roles > [Role] > Permissions > Appointment Book.
Front-desk staff can now move appointments easily to another week by dragging and dropping an appointment to a temporary placeholder called the Clipboard, navigating to the target week, and then dragging and dropping the appointment onto the new date.
For this, we have added a new setting, Move appointments using Clipboard under Admin > Organizations > Centers > Settings > Appointment Book.

With this release, users can view insights on the following positive impacts on the Admin and Marketing dashboards:

Marketing
You can send reminders to guests who added services to their carts but did not complete the purchase. Use the Abandoned Checkouts dashboard to track numbers around abandoned carts.
Guests can now redeem their vouchers on Webstore and CMA, and businesses can track such redemptions using the Campaigns Redemptions report.
Payments
Send alerts to business owners on various tips payout actions such as account verification, bank verification, and updates to settings.
Queue
You can now add guests to the end of the Queue directly from the search. Enter the guest’s name, email, or contact number, and click Add to Queue to include them in the Queue.
Queue cards now display the partial or complete payment made by the guest via the payment link or other payment methods. After checkout, the Paid Amount value appears under the Total value displayed on the guest’s queue card.
Reports
You can now add a calculated column to a report. The value in the column can be calculated from values in other columns in the report. It supports common math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. For example, in the Employee Payroll report, businesses can add a Total pay column that is the sum of commission, cancellation commission, and no-show commission.
For this, we've added the Add custom option under the show/hide columns icon on reports.
Webstore v2
It is now easier to resend gift cards. The recipient email can be edited while resending gift cards from the guest’s profile.
