By default, a guest is enrolled into a tier based on the amount spent. However, if you wish to allow your staff to enroll a guest directly into the highest tier, do the following:

  1. At the organization level, click the Admin icon.

  2. Navigate to Organization > Security Roles.

  3. Select the user for whom you want to enable the permission.
    Note: If you do not see Security Roles while logged in as an owner, contact Zenoti Support.

  4. Click Permissions.

  5. Expand the Guest Manager section.

  6. In the Guests section, select Direct enrollment into tier checkbox.
    The users with the configured role can now directly enroll guests to the highest tier without consideration to the amount spent.
