By default, a guest is enrolled into a tier based on the amount spent. However, if you wish to allow your staff to enroll a guest directly into the highest tier, do the following:

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Admin > Organization >Security Roles > User role.
    If you do not see Security Roles while logged in as an owner, contact Zenoti Support.

  2. Click Permissions tab.

  3. Expand Guest Manager.

  4. In the Guests section, select Direct enrollment into tier checkbox.
    The users with the configured role can now directly enroll guests to the highest tier without consideration to the amount spent.
