Before you begin

You must first ensure that prescriptions are enabled at the organization. Only then, it is made available for use at your center.

To enable prescriptions for your center

  1. Ensure that you are at the center level.

  2. Navigate to Admin > Organization > Center > Select the center name.
    The Edit Center page opens. 

  3. Click the Settings tab > expand General.

  4. Select the Enable Prescription checkbox.

  5. Click Save.
    Prescriptions are now made available for your center.
